As a data-driven marketing and personalization expert, you will play a key role in shaping B2B strategy. Your primary focus will be on building robust models to inform customer engagement and lifecycle marketing efforts.
* You will design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation models using advanced algorithms to identify actionable buying groups within CDP data.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will build and scale buying group frameworks that enhance personalization, targeting, and campaign performance.
* You will integrate these models into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, or similar.
Key Responsibilities
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
* +5 years of experience working as a data scientist.
* +3 years of experience working with AI.
* +2 years of experience working with Machine Learning.
* +2 years of experience working with LLMs.
* +1 year of experience working with Agentic AI.
* Advanced English language proficiency is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
