Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a key account sales manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and proactive issue resolution.
* Promote and sell products within assigned regions, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, visiting existing and new clients to build trust and drive sales growth.
* Collect and organize customer information, maintaining accurate records of sales activity and market trends.
* Negotiate and manage sales contracts, resolving any market-related issues that may arise.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in food ingredients or additives sales, preferably with hydrocolloid industry background.
* Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
