DesignRush.com, a B2B Media Platform that drives brand discovery & growth, is seeking a Digital Content Producer to scale visual production and improve the performance of editorial content through stronger visual storytelling.

The person in this role will be responsible for driving:
* Production Scale and Publishing Efficiency: Produce and publish high-volume editorial content by creating and sourcing images, building infographics/motion graphics, formatting stories in the CMS, and maintaining quality and brand consistency.
* Visual Performance and Conversion Impact: Improve article performance by creating visuals that reinforce the key message of each story and remain consistent with the brand identity, supported by optimized templates and motion/infographic enhancements.

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end story production (create/source visuals, infographic/motion builds, and CMS publishing) to support ~40 stories per week
* Serve as the primary visual production point of contact for the content team, collaborating cross-functionally with dev, marketing, sales and digital PR, and collaborating with the head designer on template improvements and larger-scale design updates.
* Continuously improve visual systems, templates and workflows to increase efficiency and engagement
* Provide visual asset support across newsletters, digital PR, sales, and PTO coverage as needed
Required qualifications:
* Over 5 years of proven hands-on experience in digital content production, visual storytelling, or editorial production roles .
* Proven ability to manage high-volume publishing environments (30–40+ pieces of content per week).
* Strong experience creating visual assets for editorial content, including Infographics, Data visualizations, Basic motion graphics or animated visuals, Image sourcing and editing
* Proficiency with design and production tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), or equivalent tools.
* Experience publishing content in CMS platforms, including formatting, asset management, and QA.
* Strong understanding of visual storytelling for digital media and SEO-driven content .
* Experience working with design agencies or the creative industry
* Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and digital agencies
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills
* Goal-oriented individual
* Strong ability to strategize and solve problems
* Able to work between 6 AM and 3 PM EST
