We're currently looking for our new Product Category Analyst, who will support the development and implementation of the commercial strategy for the assigned product category.
**A typical day at work**
At Electrolux, we have five global product lines: Fabric Care, Dish Care, Food Preparation, Food Preservation, and Home Comfort. Within each product line, we are responsible for developing product portfolios to boost our brands, create competitive advantages, and grow the business. We also work closely across functions to deliver relevant consumer experiences to global and local markets.
As Product Category Analyst, you will help us by taking part in new product development projects alongside the R&D, Marketing and Design sectors, driving innovation based on consumer insights, market development and brand attributes. You will be expected to support market analysis, monitoring competitors and financial developments for the category, proposing actions to reach the company's target goals. You must also take part in strategic pricing activities and sweet spots identification alongside the cluster's Product Line team.
Additionally, you must also offer support to management teams across different stages of the Product Lifecycle, reducing complexity whenever possible. You will be responsible for the definition of LA Range model catalog, and must also consider factors such as target launch price and secondary benefits, among others. It will be necessary to assist in product messaging activities, giving input to Brand and Marketing for Point-of-Sale definition.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

- Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent;
- Experience with product development and innovation;
- Experience with P&L analysis;
- Advanced Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Spanish.
