Job Overview

The Escalation Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing the highest level of escalation for customer issues that jeopardize our business relationships and sales opportunities.

This strategic role requires strong leadership skills, as the Escalation Manager will lead and manage the resolution of customers' critical issues by forming and leading cross-functional teams to drive expedited response, remedy, and resolution.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in customer-facing roles, who can effectively communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams.

* Fully fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, both written and verbal.
* 10+ years of customer-facing sales and/or service delivery roles.
* Past experience as Escalations Engineer/Manager, Technical Account Management, Engineering Management, Customer Support Management, or similar roles.
* Customer-centric attitude and focus on providing best-in-class service for customers and collaborators.
* Program/Project management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize with a goal of driving issues to closure on behalf of the customer.
* Strong capacity for influencing, negotiating, and delegating efforts.
* Leadership and communication skills, with experience in effectively leading and motivating cross-functional professionals.
