We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum teams, removing impediments, and ensuring the team follows Agile principles and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned
* Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress
* Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint backlogs and burndown charts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including team members, product owners, and external partners
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or similar role
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Familiarity with Jira and other Agile tools is a plus
