About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to serve as an Executive Assistant. As the right-hand person for our Customer Success Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting client success and ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding Excellence: Optimize bio pages for new clients, coordinate with account managers, configure calendar linking systems, and ensure flawless onboarding experiences.
* Client Relationship Management: Facilitate offboarding communications, execute drip message campaigns, conduct thorough account audits, and handle billing follow-ups.
* Meeting Support & Documentation: Attend weekly client meetings, take detailed notes, collaborate with account managers, and maintain organized records of client interactions.
Requirements
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams
