Community Manager - Portuguese (Part-time)Location: Remote (Preferred: Brazil or Portugal)Department: Overseas growth and marketingLanguage Requirement: Native or Fluent in Portuguese; Proficient in EnglishKey ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement: Manage and grow our Portuguese-speaking communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and local crypto forums.Local Insights: Act as the voice of the local community, collecting user feedback and insights to improve our product, services, and local strategy.Content Localization: Translate and localize marketing campaigns, announcements, and educational content to resonate with the local audience.Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of online events, AMAs, giveaways, and other initiatives to boost user engagement and brand awareness.KOL Coordination: Help identify and collaborate with local influencers, KOLs, and partners in Brazil and/or Portugal.Customer Support Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams to address community issues, questions, or escalations in a timely manner.QualificationsProven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the crypto/web3/blockchain space, preferably at a cryptocurrency exchange.Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Based in Brazil or Portugal, or with deep familiarity with the local crypto user base.Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.Familiar with community management tools (e.g., Telegram bots, Discord bots, analytics, etc.
