岗位职责:
1、市场调研:协助开展市场调研、用户访谈、市场数据分析,深入洞察行业、商户、用户的需求痛点,支持分析报告的撰写和翻译(葡萄牙语/英语材料为主),为业务决策提供支持。
2、项目运营:协助商分团队推进项目落地、策略宣导、跨文化沟通,提升信息传递效率。
3、日常支持:协助商分团队其他事务性工作。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Assist with market research, user interviews, and market data analysis to gain insights into the needs and pain points of the industry, merchants, and users. Support the writing and translation of analysis reports, primarily in Portuguese and English. 2. Project Operations: Support the team in promoting project implementation, strategy promotion, and cross-cultural communication to improve information transmission efficiency.
3. Team Support: Assist bussiness analysis team in other inistrative work.
岗位基本需求:
1、葡萄牙语流利(必备),中文或英文达到工作沟通水平
2、具备良好的沟通协调能力、积极主动性及抗压能力
3、具备逻辑化、结构化思考能力,能够从复杂现象中总结规律
4、 base圣保罗,每周至少保证3个工作日到现场办公
Requirenment:
1、Language:
* Fluent in Portuguese, and proficient in Chinese or English for work communication.
2、Location:
* Based in São Paulo, with a requirement to work on-site at least three days a week.
3、Core Competencies:
* Possess strong communication and coordination skills, proactiveness, and the ability to handle pressure.
* Have logical and structured thinking ability, with the capacity to identify patterns from complex phenomena.
