Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Coach managers on best practices for task planning and delegation.
* Support Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in areas that benefit from such roles.
* Analyze and propose improvements to task management processes and practices.
* Audit the use of task management tools and alert deviations from best practices.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of work experience in a related role.
* Formal certification or proof of knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
* Deep knowledge of Jira use and configuration.
* Previous work experience in the IT industry.
* Advanced English language skills.
