Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP data assurance professional to lead our end-to-end data conversion and loading lifecycle.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
You will work closely with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
In addition, you will coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.
A strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points is essential, along with proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
