Drive the Future of Customer Solutions.We are looking for a customer-focused Business Developer, based in Rio de Janeiro, to develop their career in a rewarding, high-performing, and international team.What You'll doThe purpose of the role is to develop global accounts and be accountable for specification and sales development. The role involves examining economic and market trends and conditions that affect the company and develop strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances. The job holder needs to develop senior relationship contacts within the customer's organization to drive the execution of the account's strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication skills to create trust through active listening, influencing without authority, negotiation skills.Long-term strategic thinking to explain and transmit the targets & strategy to customers, peers and management.Plan a week, a month, a year in accordance with the strategy.Able to influence internal and external stakeholders around the strategy while understanding external stakeholders' pain points and trends to adjust it if need be.Self-driven and working autonomously create their own planning and tasks to reach the targets.Product and application knowledge to be able to address the 80/20 of customer questions in confidence and without requiring the support of back-office functions.Identify, understand and deliver high level system selling value proposition; sell a solution and a product.Senior relationship management skills to be capable and confident while speaking to senior and C-level customers.Project management capabilities to manage complexity of system selling across multiple geographies, functions and customers.Networking (internal and external) and understanding internal processes and tools.What You'll BringBachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is a plus.English language (spoken, written, read) at an advance level is required.Knowledge in technical and project commercial experience with focus on solutions and engineering specifications for the offshore marketCapable of directly influencing customer´s technical specifications and standardsStrong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills requiredCompetency in the use of Understanding of how to get things done in a matrix organization; demonstrated ability to work with all departments (logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service)What's In It for YouWe really value our people, and we've worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this.
