Responsibilities
* Design website pages, landing pages, social media graphics, email visuals, brand identity assets, and ad creatives
* Translate brand strategies and client goals into visuals that are clear, compelling, and conversion-driven
* Design with scalability in mind — many of our clients are in similar industries and need work that feels fresh while aligned to their niche
* Build brand guidelines and apply them consistently across digital assets
* Collaborate closely with internal team members (marketing, content, developers, SEO manager, social media specialist, leadership) to support both our own brands and our client accounts
* Ensure all final files are properly labeled, versioned, and uploaded to the correct folders in company/client Google Drive or other shared systems
* When designing for web, ensure files are developer-ready: well-structured, with clear layout, spacing, and style guidelines
* Perform a final quality check on every project before submission: visual polish, alignment, consistency with brief, links/buttons present, responsiveness accounted for
* Proactively suggest design improvements or test variations (especially for ads and landing pages)
* Communicate proactively when a task is delayed or requires clarification
