Job Description
About the Role:
An experienced Office 365 Engineer is sought to join our IT team and support a wide range of M365-related projects and operational needs.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong technical depth across Microsoft cloud services, and hands-on experience with migrations, deployments, and day-to-day administration.
* Administer and support Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, and hybrid configurations.
* Manage and optimize SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune environments.
* Use PowerShell extensively for automation and administrative tasks (EXO, MSOnline, AzureAD, Graph).
* Implement and maintain Azure AD configurations, including Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA policies.
* Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for Windows Server, DNS, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
* Lead or support Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant transitions and hybrid scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess existing environments and provide actionable recommendations for optimization or migration.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence strategic infrastructure decisions.
* Develop and implement solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, especially: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune.
* Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
* Strong command of Azure Active Directory, including identity management and security policies.
* Proficient in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
* Ability to assess existing environments and provide actionable recommendations for optimization or migration.
