Delivering Complex Initiatives with Excellence
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex projects. This is a key role that sits at the intersection of business, product, and engineering – translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end delivery, from planning through execution and completion. You will build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination. You will partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking using tools like Jira.
Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates, and driving alignment across teams. You will identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve. You will also facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives, with a proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders. You will require strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role, as well as the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
Additionally, you will have hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking, and a willingness to continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability. Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus but not required.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
