The Governance & New Demands Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's success by overseeing new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives.
New Demand Management:
* Leads the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Structured Prioritization: Manages new demand management processes to guarantee efficient resource allocation.
2. Continuous Improvement: Drives enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools to increase efficiency and value delivery.
3. Service Transition: Ensures smooth handovers from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams for proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Acts as a bridge between IT and business to facilitate effective communication and structured implementation.
5. Process Standardization: Establishes standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions to promote consistency.
6. Performance Analysis: Tracks and reports on governance and demand management processes, providing insights for continuous refinement.
7. Risk Mitigation: Identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
8. Vendor Coordination: Collaborates with external partners to ensure adherence to governance best practices in outsourced services.
