We are seeking a skilled Web Architecture Strategist to join our team. This unique role combines hands-on JavaScript development with client-facing consulting.
Role Overview
This role is tailored for technically skilled, outgoing professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about solving complex B2B challenges, especially in capital markets.
* Develop and prototype JavaScript/interop-based solutions to address client use cases and workflows.
* Advise clients on technical strategy, architecture, and implementation of interoperable systems using modern web frameworks.
* Collaborate with clients' teams to assess needs, lead projects, coach developers, and align businesses with IT.
* Assist clients in building and maintaining complex front-end applications, such as dashboards and interactive platforms, for professional users.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure project success.
* Deliver presentations and engage in live client interactions, addressing challenges as needed.
Your Profile
Key qualifications include:
* 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, including modern JavaScript (ES6+).
* Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks, responsive design, state management, and component testing.
* Familiarity with TypeScript or other programming languages, asynchronous programming, Node.js, and version control systems.
* Experience in enterprise environments with established governance, CICD, and systematic approaches for managing horizontal scale.
* Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written English fluency.
* Experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or B2B presales/account management.
* Established skills in discovery, design thinking, or business analysis.
* Proven ability to deliver projects under pressure in collaboration with client IT organizations.
Bonus Points
A background in capital markets, institutional trading, or financial services technology is considered a plus. Willingness to work during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours and occasional travel to the US is also required.
