Business Analyst/Testing Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving processes.
About the Role:
* Gather and document business requirements: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
* Business process analysis: Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
* Solution design & configuration: Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
* Data analysis & reporting: Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and trends.
* Testing & training: Conduct user acceptance testing, prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
* Stakeholder collaboration: Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing.
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Basic programming/scripting is advantageous.
