The Role
We are seeking a visionary Product Design leader who can craft intuitive, elegant and impactful user experiences.
* As Head of Product Design (UI/UX), you will work closely with our CEO, CTO and Product team to define and own the design vision for our marketplace, supplier tools and customer experience.
* Your responsibilities will include driving product design strategy across customer, supplier and internal platforms, building and maintaining UI/UX standards, designing AI-native experiences, conducting user research and usability testing, and mentoring and growing a design team as we scale.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need battle-tested design experience, an AI-forward mindset, builder's DNA, technical and design skills, and startup mentality.
Nice-to-haves include experience in marketplaces, logistics, SaaS or fintech, familiarity with B2B workflows and procurement tools, and contributions to open-source design systems or AI products.
