Our organization is looking for a Risk Management Professional to join our team. This role involves overseeing and implementing an enterprise risk management framework, ensuring the company's strategic objectives are achieved while maintaining a stable financial position.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identify potential risks across different business functions. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with various stakeholders including senior management, the Board, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework that covers credit, market, liquidity, operational, and technology risks.
* Conducting prudential and capital risk assessments, including stress testing, scenario analysis, capital adequacy evaluations, and other regulatory-mandated reviews.
* Preparing, validating, and supporting all regulatory disclosures required of financial institutions and virtual asset service providers (VASPs), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
* Maintaining objectivity from commercial and trading activities while collaborating closely with internal teams.
* Engaging with internal/external auditors, regulatory bodies, and governance committees on matters related to risk management, capital adequacy, and prudential standards.
