Are you a highly skilled and motivated technical expert seeking a challenging role in the field of Product Lifecycle Management? We are looking for a talented PLM Engineer III to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a technical expert in the areas of infrastructure related to manufacturing information systems. The successful candidate will identify methods and architect solutions to provide a high level of service to end-users of the application(s). This role will help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot a rapidly expanding application system and its infrastructure. The Engineer will work closely with other engineers, analysts, and leadership to obtain regular feedback on design and execution. Additionally, the Engineer will provide periodic operational support and maintenance of the manufacturing systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ARAS (PLM tool) and SolidWorks (CAD system), as well as minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in a factory or enterprise setting. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or similar discipline, and/or equivalent related work experience is required. Preferred qualifications include PLM Certification and prior experience in a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, upgrades, installation and documentation of infrastructure related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
* Administration of new and existing technologies, including the design, documentation, install, configuration, maintenance, integration, and testing related systems
* Leadership with business customers on hardware, middleware, and application requirements
* Collaboration with vendors, engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure the integrity of databases, application software and data
