The Head of Sales Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the sales function across the Latin America Region. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring the successful execution of sales activities. The Head of Sales will work closely with various departments to create tailored solutions for clients and drive revenue generation. On the Marketing perspective, is responsible for developing and executing a marketing and communications strategy for Latin America, particularly in Brazil. This role ensures a cohesive approach that aligns with the company s strategic priorities. A key aspect of the role is building collaborative and trusting relationships across all levels of the business, supporting the OJF model and ambition. Adhere to the highest safety and quality standards without exception Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with operations, and product development teams to create tailored solutions for clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with Division and Group teams to deliver a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with company priorities. Partner with the Strategy/BD team to manage market intelligence that informs strategic marketing plans and tactics. Work closely with the Digital team to leverage digital channels and manage key martech tools. Support the Internal Communications plan aligned with Regional/Coutnry needs, in partnership with the Corporate Communications team. Support the External Communications plan, ensuring alignment with the Group and Division, and work closely with the Corporate Communications team. Note: Media engagement is led by the External Communications Manager. Manage and coordinate key trade shows and events in collaboration with the team. Support key leadership engagements, such as QBRs, strategy meetings, safety stand-downs, and more. Knowledge, experience and skills required: Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. Extensive relevant experience in a senior BD, Commercial or Operational function with Oil and Gas/Marine industry. Experience working in a marine engineering environment. Extensive experience in sales and sales management. Proven experience working with leadership teams and delivering high-standard outcomes. Experience in marketing, internal communications, and events. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for safety with demonstrable evidence of commitment in all aspects of work.
