Job Overview

Requirements
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role.
* At least four years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a leadership capacity.
* Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent Spanish language skills.
* Advanced English language proficiency.
