About the Role
As a Backend Engineer (mid-level), you will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that supports our AI-powered systems, voice pipelines, and integrations with external APIs and customer relationship management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable backend services that support our AI voice and ad agents.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Atlas' AI agents with third-party communication tools, CRMs, and advertising platforms.
* Develop and manage APIs that ensure seamless data exchange between Atlas and its partners.
* Implement robust security measures, authentication protocols, and compliance standards across all systems.
* Work closely with product, AI, and frontend teams to deliver features quickly and iteratively.
* Monitor and optimize system performance for speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
