🔹 Role Overview
This role involves end-to-end instructional design and development of Virtual Instructor-Led (VILT), Instructor-Led (ILT), and Online Learning (OLT/eLearning) programs. You’ll manage the full lifecycle — from defining learning objectives and outlining content to collaborating with SMEs and delivering high-quality courses.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.
* Create engaging, learner-centric materials using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.
* Lead training design discussions and collaborate closely with clients.
* Ensure learning outcomes align with business goals and quality standards.
* Manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience designing and developing ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.
* Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
* Ability to work independently and align with US business hours.
Desired Experience
* Experience in large-scale global learning engagements.
* Background in scaling teams and managing multiple project phases.
* Minimum 3 years of ID experience.
📅 Engagement Duration: 3 to 18 months (depending on project scope)
⏰ Hours: 40 per week
