Senior Project Lead
About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project management team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage projects, overseeing all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
* Perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
* Motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
* Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.
