Sales Development Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
About the Role
* Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new sales opportunities;
* Become knowledgeable about our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers;
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts;
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives;
* Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform future strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for market development, customer development maintenance, and sales management.
* Responsible for product publicity, promotion, and sales in the region, and complete the sales target.
* Making your own sales plan, visiting customers, and developing new customers as planned.
* Collecting and finding customer information, and establishing customer files.
* Well management of sales contract signing, implementation, and with good coordination and dealing with various market issues.
* Having good teamwork spirit, and effectively using internal and external resources to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
