Job Summary
* B2B Channel Partner Manager (Distributors & Resellers), responsible for developing and establishing commercial relationships, crafting proposals and create business plan together with them, aligned with company’s goals and strategy.
Responsibilities
* Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify market opportunities and develop plans to expand the channel customer base.
* Develop a long-term relationship with channel partners (Distributors and Resellers). Negotiate partnership agreements, terms and contractual conditions. Manage sales performance of channels and support them to achieve the mutual goals.
* Manage all sales cycle (proposal, close the deal, get orders, execute the deliveries) & supply chain (plan in advance, get the allocation aligned with the deals).
* Prepare sales reports, performance analyses and forecasts. Present results to management team and propose improvements.
* Prospect new channels and business opportunities.
* Attend events and trade shows to expand network and develop strategic partnership / alliances to support and accelerate business growth.
* Manage Sales Performance: Monthly, Quarterly and Year basis to ensure the optimal resource allocation (Investments & Sales Deduction).
Requirements
* At least High Education Degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Economics or Marketing. Additionally, specific courses in Commercial Management provide comprehensive training in business and commercial management.
* Solid experience in Sales, Negotiation and Leadership is essential. Having worked as B2B Channel Sales Manager in Tech, IT or Telecom.
* Experience and knowledge in Mobile or Professional Monitor Market.
