Partner with the bestA Service Delivery Coordinator will be required to sell and service existing customers to grow the revenue stream in assigned areas. You'll provide a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems. You'll work and adapt to our ever-changing job requirements daily to satisfy our customer requirements.As a Service Delivery Coordinator (Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals), you will be responsible for:Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customersProviding on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queriesMonitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing of chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations groupPreparing of technical reviews and proposals of new chemical soutions to share with our customersProspecting for new accounts to build the customer base in the area of responsibilityOrganizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needsProtect the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.Be familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients' objectives (examples clients asking for Baker Hughes to operate outside of product specifications, client asking Baker Hughes to execute work in way that is not aligned with the Baker Hughes SOP…).Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery.Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cashFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science or related fieldsDemonstrate good experience (at least 3-5 years of experience) in Upstream Production Chemicals Application or Chemical Industrial ServicesHave some knowledge of process optimization and production chemistryBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutionsDemonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS OfficeHave the ability to work outside during difficult seasonal weather conditionsWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
