🔍 Role Overview:
As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various Google platforms. You will play a key role in shaping media strategies, maximizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable business outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
* Develop tailored media strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
* Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign setup.
* Continuously monitor and adjust campaign elements (bidding strategies, targeting, ad creatives, budget allocation) to ensure optimal performance.
* Generate clear, insightful reporting and provide strategic recommendations based on performance data.
* Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, analytics, client services) to ensure effective campaign execution and delivery.
🎓 Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
* Google Ads Certification strongly preferred.
* Solid understanding of paid media performance metrics and conversion tracking.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
* Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
