Podcast Producer Role
This is a full-time remote position that requires an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the production workflow of our weekly interview podcast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage guest communication scheduling episode preparation editorial coordination and project management from pre-production through publishing.
* Communicate professionally with guests manage multiple moving pieces and maintain a calm supportive tone consistent with our brand.
* Prepare episode briefs host prep sheets and review raw audio/video for edit notes.
* Collaborate on episode titles angles hooks and story direction.
* Choose main promotional clips and quotes for social content.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience as a Podcast Producer Podcast Manager or similar.
* Experience working with audio/video editors.
* Strong writing and communication skills.
* Ability to review episodes and give editorial direction.
* Familiarity with publishing platforms Spotify for Podcasters Buzzsprout etc.
* Strong organizational skills with tools like Notion Trello Asana or Airtable.
