This role drives competitive, compliant, and performance-based compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate plant, engineering, and corporate talent. Working closely with other departments, the role ensures local programs align with global frameworks, business priorities, and cost objectives. Your Responsibilities: Lead and execute the company's Total Rewards strategy, covering compensation, incentives, benefits, recognition, and rewards operations, aligned with global frameworks and local market practices. Design and maintain job architecture, job evaluation, and pay structures to ensure internal equity across plant, engineering, and corporate roles. Develop and govern incentive programs, including production, attendance, shift-based, sales, and performance-driven plans, in partnership with Operations and Finance. Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements, including payroll-related regulations and mandatory contributions. Oversee benefits programs end-to-end, including vendor management, renewals, SLAs, and employee education. Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, promotion, bonus), including budgeting, analytics, calibration, and HRIS configuration. Establish Total Rewards governance through policies, approval frameworks, market pricing standards, and internal equity reviews. Drive market benchmarking, pay equity analyses, and Total Rewards analytics to support data-driven decisions. Lead Total Rewards communications and change management initiatives to enhance employee understanding and experience. Manage and develop the Total Rewards team and serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders. Partner with Global and Regional Total Rewards teams to localize programs and contribute Philippine market insights. What we're looking for: Minimum of 15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong background in manufacturing environments, preferably electronics, semiconductor, or EMS, supporting large plant populations and multi-shift operations. Deep expertise in Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and payroll-related compliance requirements. Proven experience in pay structure design, market pricing, incentive plan development, and benefits vendor management. Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP), compensation planning tools, and Excel-based analytics.
