We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing strategies for media and stakeholder engagement, enhancing the brand's reputation with the press and other relevant audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with external communications teams to execute daily tasks such as planning, press release distribution, pitch suggestions, article production, meeting notes and agendas, reports, and other PR-related routines.
* Strategic Communications Planning: Develop and implement institutional communication plans focused on public relations initiatives.
* Media Management: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, columnists, and media outlets.
* Crisis Response: Act proactively and reactively in reputation crisis situations, developing contingency plans and public response strategies.
* Institutional Engagement: Guide and promote engagement efforts with partners, trade associations, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
* Events and Brand Activations: Support or lead corporate events, inaugurations, awards, roadshows, and institutional actions involving brand image.
* Reputation Monitoring: Track and analyze media and social media mentions of the company, producing brand image performance reports.
