Key Account Manager

Are you a sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:


Market Development and Customer Engagement

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This includes:

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
* Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.


Sales Management and Performance

You will also be responsible for managing sales performance and ensuring that sales targets are met. This includes:

* Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Developing and implementing sales process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Providing regular sales performance updates to stakeholders.


Talent Development and Teamwork

As a Key Account Manager, you will also be responsible for contributing to the development of others. This includes:

* Mentoring and coaching junior sales team members.
* Participating in cross-functional teams to drive business results.
* Sharing best practices and knowledge to improve team performance.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of sales experience in food ingredients or food additives industry.
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in English (native language or equivalent) and Chinese communicator preferred.
* Good written and oral communication ability, proficiency with office software.
* Good commercial negotiation ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in hydrocolloid industry preferred.
* Familiarity with application technology of hydrocolloid.
* Ability to develop project with customer by using carrageenan, agar, konjac gum and blended solutions.
