Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Business Technical Services Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL development, with a strong understanding of business requirements and technical specifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with clients, evaluating their business needs, and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue. You will also participate in the evaluation process of client requirements, convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications, and present them internally and externally.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk, assisting with documents and maintenance of client system environments, and participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams. Additionally, you will take part in executing simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, and previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs. You should also have experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation, as well as an advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
