Cloud Services Specialist
As a key member of our modernization team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital storefronts for leading global brands. With your expertise in cloud-based solutions, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure data integration pipelines between AWS services and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions on AWS. You should be well-versed in various AWS services, including Lambda, Amazon S3, EventBridge, AppFlow, and Glue. Additionally, you should have experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, particularly AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop scalable and secure data integration pipelines between AWS services and SFMC
* Develop processes for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data between SFMC and data warehouses or data lakes hosted on AWS
* Collaborate closely with marketing teams, Salesforce administrators, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud-based solutions and integrations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* At least 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions on AWS
* Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, EC2)
* Demonstrable experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, particularly AWS services
* AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification is highly desirable
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Email Specialist certification is a strong plus
