Key Account Manager Position Overview
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities.
* In charge of existing clients within assigned territory to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within assigned territory through effective networking and negotiation skills.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue streams.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback from clients and enhance product offerings.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong influencing and negotiation skills, be comfortable working autonomously, and have a solid commercial knowledge of travel & hospitality industries.
