Job Details: Regional Commercial / Technical Manager - Ruminants
Main Functions
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet business goals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team of distributors to achieve targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; provide regular reports to senior management.
* Manage the regional budget, ensuring resource allocation is efficient.
* Ensure product quality standards are maintained.
* Conduct technical and commercial training sessions.
* Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
Technical Skills
Required
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomic Engineering, or Animal Science.
* Knowledge of and relationships within feed industries and regional cooperatives (desirable).
Personal Abilities
Required
* Excellent interpersonal skills, positive influence, communication, and teamwork abilities.
* Strong analytical thinking skills.
* Ability to train others effectively.
