Your role and responsibilities As a Technical Solution Architect for iERP L2, you will work support incidents that relate to iERP S/4 and third party interfaces. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leadership and management of specific support, implementation and improvement of business processes, ensuring that process design and system use are aligned with the company's business strategy. - Support for service level compliance, monitoring and control of incidents, through prioritization of service considering its urgency, scope and complexity of the incident. - Analysis and support for technical and processing issues related to SAP SD for North and Latin American countries, with direct interface with IBM's global stakeholders providing support by meeting process and technical support needs through incidents submitted via ServiceNow and Jira. - Analysis and solution of IDOCs errors (SAP TABLES) - Failed order submission idocs, using reports as Zsret transaction for Idoc error report, transaction WE09 and ZW87 to reprocess. Required technical and professional expertise * SAP S/4 knowledge. * Quote to cash business process experience. * Comfortable collaborating with worldwide user community. * Clear and concise written and verbal communication. * Excellent critical thinking skills. Preferred technical and professional experience * 3 to 5 years Quote to Cash experience in SAP, preferably knowledge of S/4 HANA, including idoc correction and processing. * Knowledge of ESW and hardware transactions and billing processes and supporting 3rd party applications. * Understanding of software development life cycle and QA testing.
