**Title**: VMware Senior Consultant
**Shift**: Normal business hours Mon-Friday EST
**Location**: (Working Remotely from International Location)
**Must have skills**: NOC, vRealize Suite, vSphere
**Nice to have**: Experience with Telco
**Project Tasks**:
- 5 years' experience core vSphere and VMware products
- Provide network operations support
**Day-to-Day**:
- Primary Focus: The resources staffing the NOC (onsite & offsite) will be the first line of support when issues arise in Dish's network.
- The resources will work with Dish and partners/vendors to:
- Define the problem
- Triage as necessary and capable
- Coordinate VMware Support, PS and Engineering resources
- Manage the problem to resolution
**Secondary Focus**
- The resources staffing the NOC (Working Remotely) will be working with Dish PaaS resources to assist with various projects and deployments (within scope of current skillset).
**Work Requirements**:
- Desired but not required - Telco background with skills in mobility, and working in a NOC (Network Operations Centre)
- Flexibility to Work Weekends/Nights, non-standard work schedule
- This customer may require confirmation of vaccination status.
