About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill a long-term project opportunity in our Product & Engineering environment. The selected candidate will support one to two Scrum teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for professionals who are comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles
2. Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team
3. Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
4. Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
5. Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
7. Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
