We are seeking a Business Analyst who can make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will be responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping processes, and defining acceptance criteria.
You will gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will map the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry points (app) and output (EDI). You will also document integrations, data formats, and business rules.
Define metrics and success criteria for the Proof of Concept (PoC). Create test cases and perform functional validation in the final phase. Report defects and follow up on corrections with the technical team.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Additionally, experience with process mapping and documentation is highly desirable.
