About the Opportunity Downtown is growing and we need someone to build and run the marketing infrastructure that supports it. As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you'll work across three fronts — recurrent clients, referrals and new client acquisition —designing strategies, setting up campaigns, configuring tools and measuring what converts. Your primary focus is on capture and expansion (website, CRM, events, paid media, referral systems, client retention), while supporting the demand layer fed by content and authority. This role works in close partnership with leadership and sales. You'll think about where to invest and how to grow, then make it happen, connecting marketing efforts to pipeline, testing what works, cutting what doesn't and scaling what proves itself.
