You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining frontend application features for cross-platform mobile SAP Service and Asset Manager.
You will follow SAP's development standard, use efficient coding practices, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Actively collaborate with product managers to clarify customer problems and feature requirements.
Work closely with UX designers to ensure seamless and visually appealing user experiences following SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
Ensure high-performance and responsiveness of developed features.
Collaborate with backend integration service developers to align on OData Service features and requirements.
Use S/4HANA system and its relevant business processes, setup necessary test data, perform end-to-end testing, and validate developed features.
Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UI automation testing scripts.
Collaborate with quality engineers on issues reported, debug, identify and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
Provide sufficient documentation on features developed.
Collaborate with user assistance developers to provide information on product features developed.
Follow agile development principles and best practices during development.
Participate in daily scrums, backlog grooming, and provide good-quality effort estimates.
Investigate and resolve assigned customer incidents from ServiceNow, following standard customer incident support process.
Maintain communication and documentation in English.
Notify lead MDK developer and SAP development manager on vacation or absence to ensure minimum impact on development timeline.
