Reportar ao Gerente regional do armazém Competências académicas - Formação técnica (Técnico de Eletricidade e ou Mecânica com CRT) obrigatória. - Competência em aplicações Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio é vantajoso. - Competência na utilização de sistemas ERP, com foco em módulos de Gestão de Materiais e Compras. - Inglês escrito e falado é desejável. Responsabilidades: Controle do equipamento - Ajudar o gestor regional de armazém na gestão, manutenção, assistência e reparação de ROVs e todos os outros equipamentos mecânicos e eléctricos. - Preencher todos os registos de serviço e manter os registos de serviço e reparação de equipamentos no Sistema de Gestão de Materiais EM&I (MMS). - Manter e planear a aquisição de peças sobressalentes Job Title Maintenance & Stores Technician Role To assist EM&I, control, maintain, service and repair equipment / material ensuring adherence to all legislative, manufacturers and SHEQ requirements. To liaise with the Regional Operations Manager and Regional Warehouse Manager for sourcing and purchasing of materials/stock and maintain accurate document control with full maintenance reports for all equipment. Reporting to Regional Warehouse Manager Academic Competencies - Technical education (Electrical and or Mechanical Technician with CRT ) mandatory. - Competency in standard Microsoft Applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio is advantageous. - Competency in using ERP systems, with a focus of Materials Management and Purchasing modules. - Written and spoken English is desirable. Experience Competencies - Previous experience in a similar role preferably gained in an oil industry/engineering environment with particular focus on ROV repair, maintenance, and development of ROV and its associated tooling. - Must be self-disciplined. - Good time management skills - Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team. Responsibilities Equipment Control - Assist Regional Warehouse manager in the management, maintenance, servicing and repairing of ROVs and all other mechanical and electrical equipment. - Complete all service logs and maintain equipment service and repair records in EM&I Material Management System (MMS). - Maintain and plan spares procurement to maintain stock levels for all EM&I equipment. - Assist in equipment development as required. - Adherence to SHEQ requirements. - Ensure good housekeeping practices are carried out as required. - Assist Regional Operations Manager as/when Regional Warehouse Manager is on leave. Materials Control - Assist Regional Warehouse Manager in the management and control of all stock requirements. - Assist Regional Warehouse Manager to update and maintain all Project Manifests with the required backup for consumables used. - Administration of the Stores Quality System (ISO 9001:2015) - EM&I branding control for all equipment. - Participate in annual stock check. - Ensure accuracy of all stores and warehousing documentation. - Control and repair of items held in quarantine. Any other ad-hoc or project specific duties as requested by Line Manager.
