You will oversee a group of sales representatives to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual business goals.

1. Manage, develop and motivate the team to deliver excellent results.

2. Create and manage an annual business plan to drive revenue growth and provide reporting as required.

3. Nurture key customer relationships to facilitate successful execution of our categories.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders including account management, category teams and customer finance to optimize performance across your region.

5. Understand market insights and category knowledge, coaching the team to use these tools to engage customers and grow our categories.
\
6. Apply strong organizational and analytical skills to drive sales growth.
\
7. Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\
8. Have solid knowledge of sales processes and negotiation techniques.
\
9. Maintain attention to detail and perseverance in achieving sales objectives.
\
\
10. Possess intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
\
11. Basic English language skills are desirable.
