Join to apply for the Coordenação de Comunicação role at MOV Soluções e Desenvolvimento Empresarial Ltda.Our client is an incorporator seeking a professional to act as a Communication Coordinator, managing offline and online media, coordinating with event suppliers, and executing promotional actions in collaboration with the company's Marketing sector.Activities:Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with company goals;Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns targeting the mid and high-end market;Manage content production for digital, institutional, and promotional media;Supervise the company's presence on social and digital media, ensuring brand consistency;Establish relationships with the press and local influencers to promote positive visibility;Organize launches of developments and communication support materials;Monitor the company's image and suggest positioning and reputation actions;Analyze market research and identify strategic communication opportunities;Prepare and control communication department budgets;Coordinate internal team and interface with external agencies;Develop communication policies and procedures;Ensure visual and verbal identity standardization;Promote social responsibility and sustainability actions;Follow trends in the real estate and communication sectors;Present performance reports of communication and marketing actions;Ensure compliance with legal and ethical communication standards;Seek strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.Requirements:Complete higher education in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Propaganda, or related fields;Postgraduate or MBA in Marketing, Corporate Communication, or related fields;Additional courses in team management and branding (preferred);Experience in the construction or real estate market (preferred);Proficiency in digital communication and marketing strategies;Experience in brand positioning management;Analytical skills for interpreting metrics and KPIs;Specific knowledge of the mid and high-end real estate market;Planning and executing integrated communication plans;Proficiency in Canva, CMS (WordPress, Joomla);Tools for data analysis and metrics;Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Contract modality: PJ or CLT;Leadership and team management skills;Clear, assertive, and empathetic communication;Strategic vision and results focus;Creativity and innovation in problem-solving;Flexibility to adapt to changes;Ethics, commitment, and integrity;Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Work hours:Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 6 pm.Work location:Neighborhood: CentroCity: Balneário CamboriúState: Santa CatarinaThis job is active and accepting applications.
