We specialise in project development including reforestation, agroforestry, farmer‑managed natural regeneration and mangrove restoration, working with local communities to protect and restore ecosystems through the voluntary carbon market.
Role and Responsibilities
* Build and manage a pipeline of landholders interested in reforestation, lead outreach and onboarding, coordinate site inspections, and manage data collection for carbon standard checks.
* Lead signature of landholder agreements and ensure compliance with contracts and carbon standards.
* Coordinate schedules between landholders and contractors for reforestation activities, confirming site readiness and conducting periodic field quality audits.
* Resolve issues that could delay delivery or degrade quality.
* Maintain ongoing landholder relationship management to support retention, satisfaction, and smooth site access throughout implementation.
* Travel extensively across Minas Gerais, Bahia and Espírito Santo.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
* Landholder engagement, onboarding, and pipeline management.
* Map priority municipalities and referral partner networks (city governments, co‑ops, farmer associations, NGOs);
plan and run outreach activities, events and information sessions.
* Manage the landholder onboarding process: identify → qualify → onboard → contract, using CRM/trackers to keep status, documents and next actions current.

* Lead closure of contract signatures.
Reforestation Delivery Enablement
* Translate signed landholder agreements into implementation‑ready site plans (site‑specific scope, access instructions, constraints, schedule windows).
* Align field schedules with landholders and contractors to ensure access, minimize disruption to farm activities, and maintain trust and cooperation.
* Support delivery of field progress from contractors by site (start/finish dates, activities completed, challenges, next steps), and elevate issues early (access, weather delays, input shortages, labor constraints).
* Support monitoring of reforestation activities (during and post planting) and coordinate rapid response with contractors/landholders (grazing, fire risk, pests, drought stress).
Stakeholder Engagement and Safeguards
* Plan and document stakeholder consultations and community meetings in accordance with company policies and procedures (agendas, attendance lists, minutes, photos).
* Support the grievance mechanism: receive grievances and respond in accordance with the grievance mechanism.
* Maintain landholder contact and keep landholder information updated.
* Coordinate access for other project staff and contractors as required.
Reporting
