Senior Business Intelligence Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to lead our business analytics initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive data-driven decision making and deliver high-impact business insights.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Power BI solutions. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop complex Power BI models, reports, and dashboards that meet business needs.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence projects on time and within budget.
* Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
* Develop and maintain robust data security, governance, and compliance frameworks within BI solutions.
* Work closely with data engineers to integrate and transform data from various sources.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
* Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
* Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
* Proficiency in SQL and querying large datasets.
* Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, etc.).
* Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
