Marketing Coordinator Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our team in delivering high-quality marketing materials.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage internal communication and task coordination to ensure smooth execution of client work.
* Work closely with creative teams to develop marketing materials, create briefs, and track timelines.
* Keep the creative and production teams aligned to translate client goals into actionable internal work.
Main Objectives:
1. Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to deliver high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
2. Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our standards.
3. Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
4. Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
5. Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

* Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and shared docs to track and communicate work.
Reporting Relationship:
* This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
2. Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
3. Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
The operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
